Think the Nintendo Wii doesn’t have enough games out there for the hardcore gamers? According to
Edge-Online
, EA is planning to help change that later this year when they release Dead Space on the motion sensitive console.
"A good example of this is Dead Space," said EA CEO John Riccitiello. "We're bringing a Wii title to market this year, and it absolutely has the quality and fear factor that you got on the PS3 and Xbox 360 and PC last year."
Dead Space was released last October to some glowing reviews but time will tell how the Wii version handles on the limited console. Previous titles that were a hit on other consoles like Far Cry, were less than stellar on the Nintendo counterpart.
