Rock Band 2 Heading to Europe

Harmonix and MTV Games have announced that Rock Band 2 will ship in Europe for the Nintendo Wii starting this October. Regarded as the ultimate music gaming experience by critics and consumers alike, Rock Band 2 has revolutionized the music gaming category with inventive gameplay modes such as Online World Tour, Battle-Of-The Band Tournaments, No Fail Mode, and a real Drum Trainer.

Rock Band 2 also allows players to export their in-game band avatar to the internet and order custom Rock Band merchandise upgrades including apparel and figures.

Featuring over 100 songs , Rock Band 2 showcases an extensive music catalogue with an eclectic blend of classic and new artists. The Rock Band library for Wii in Europe will have over 250 songs available on disc and for download by early 2010 with new content added weekly.
