Following Ubisoft's lead, future EA games will replace traditional instruction manuals with digital, in-game versions.

EA previously switched to more environmentally friendly cases on Xbox 360, is a supporter of DLC, and has used The Sims on multiple occasions as a platform to promote alternative energy sources. Excluding physical manuals is a logical next step for the company.

And for the record, no, I wasn't serious about the one percent.
