Extreme challenge #1: not destroying your TV in rage.
Date: Tuesday, September 01, 2009
Author: Danielle Riendeau

It really is too bad, because a great deal of work was clearly put into presenting a fun, flashy package. The gameplay itself is solid, if a little shallow, and the music, graphics and overall aesthetic are very well put together. Granted, “kiddie street” may not be your idea of a great art style, but it works well here.

Despite having tons of potential and a few very bright ideas, it’s impossible to fully recommend this game. Go with the infinitely superior EA Sports Active for a real workout – or perhaps Wii Fit if you’d like to play with the kiddies. Extreme Challenge gets an A for effort, but a C for execution.
