Finally, now that AMoC is out, is there any insight you can offer into where the future of Sword of the Stars will take us next?

For years now we at Kerberos have been working to complete one large arc of time portrayed within the SotSverse. The story, tactics, weapons, technology, and gameplay all give players the feeling of a living and breathing universe populated by races that are not just cookie cutter caricatures or skins on spaceships. Even while we’ve been focused on the details, there is no mistake that we have been plotting out the next great arc of galactic expansion and domination.

What new races and allegiances will be added to the board? Which chapters will be pulled from the shadows and brought to light? What can be said is the war machines of these civilizations will keep turning and creating new, more devastating weapons and stunning defenses. Ships will grow in strength and complexity. Gameplay mechanics will continue to spread covering new aspects of the universe, but the philosophy will always be about keeping ones hands in the dirty work. Whatever the future brings, the inhabitants of the SotSverse are far from finding peace.

We'd like to thank Chris for taking the time to chat with us. Sword of the Stars: A Murder of Crows is on sale now at www.gamersgate.com .
