Capcom today released Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, the sci-fi action shooter, for PC. While the game has already shipped more than one million units worldwide on the Xbox 360, this PC version features new PC-specific enhancements with additional content and DirectX 10 enhancements available for download in the near future. Lost Planet for PC is rated T for Teen by the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB) and is now available for a suggested price of $39.99. Lost Planet can be purchased at PC games retail locations, or digitally via Valve’s Steam digital distribution service.

Lost Planet combines a gripping single player campaign and intense multiplayer modes set in a frozen wasteland of a planet. Lost Planet PC promises sophisticated visuals, a high level of detail using advanced light sourcing for a realistic presentation that enhances explosions, smoke and particle effects. The game also offers enormous world maps filled with hostile creatures in blistering weather conditions across vast snowfields and blazing volcanic areas that the player can traverse either on foot or in armed, robotic Vital Suits.
