With the popularity of the recently released Xbox LIVE arcade title Braid, one has to wonder when it will be heading to other consoles. Pretty soon for the PC - not too soon for the PS3 and not at all for the Wii - according to the game’s creator, Jonathan Blow.

Via Eurogamer , Blow says "PlayStation 3 might happen in the future. What's going to definitely happen this year is a PC release. The only reason that's not out right now is that I wanted to focus on one platform at a time.” Also those hoping there would be a sequel to the melon tweaking time twister, don’t hold your breath.

“I'm not going to do a sequel to Braid - I don't care how many copies it sells," he says. "I mean, maybe in five years when I'm motivated, if I have a really fresh idea for it. But I'm not waiting in the wings with a level pack, or DLC or anything."

Owing to the lack of an overarching storyline, Mount & Blade is a game that’s difficult to get into at first. If you can get past the growing pains, however, it offers a compelling, dynamic world that you are free to explore at your leisure and a combat model that is both frenetic and addicting.
