Author: Jeff McAllister

Iron Will Technologies has unveiled the Peregrine, a new PC gaming peripheral that puts games at your fingertips – literally. A gaming glove with proprietary TouchPoint technology, the Peregrine is a direct link to increasingly complex PC games like real-time strategy and massively multiplayer online titles. The Peregrine is scheduled for release in fall 2009.

“Any gamer who’s serious about RTS or MMO games can tell you about the lengths they’ve gone to in hopes of creating a faster, more efficient control setup – the Peregrine streamlines and simplifies, bringing the most complex maneuvers to your fingertips,” said Brent Baier, founder and CEO of Iron Will Technologies and inventor of the Peregrine. “It's designed to allow you control your game with speed, ease and a comfort that is unlike any other device.”

Gamers who add the Peregrine to their arsenal will gain access to more than 30 actions at their fingertips, allowing them to command armies and cast spells with speed, accuracy and comfort. Constructed of durable, flexible fabric, with a magnetic break-away electronics pod, the Peregrine comfortably augments or even replaces the keyboard in any gamer’s command center.
