Cold War Preview
The fears of yesteryear become the entertainment of today. See how DreamCatcher's stealth action game is shaping up!

Personally I found the controls to be somewhat awkward and ungainly. Most of the standard commands are there, though there is no jump command. But the use of the right mouse button and reliance on the mouse wheel on the PC version of the game are just strange, though they do work out pretty well once I got used to them.

And finally, Cold War is set entirely within the U.S.S.R. of the 1980’s. Several historic, famous and infamous locations are presented very attractively, though somewhat lacking in detail in this rev of the preview code. Noteworthy locations include Lenin’s Mausoleum, Chernobyl, and the Lubyanka.

My impression of this Cold War preview was very positive. Set up as an adventure with a pretty decent plot, fear inspiring backdrop of the Cold War makes a significant difference in the feel and intensity of the game. Definitely worth checking out.
