All in all, Dungeon Runners is an amusing little diversion when taken in small doses. Its lack of storyline and repetitious combat keep it from being playable for more than an hour or two at a time, but it’s good solid fun for that hour or two. It’s shallow enough to avoid being intimidating to anyone not familiar with the ways of MMOs, but has enough in-jokes and chuckle-worthy loot to keep pros clicking away on their umpteenth rat-killing quest. Dungeon Runners is the Doritos of gaming—it’s not quite good enough to be a full meal, but it’s certainly a deliciously indulgent little snack.
