Seriously, I don't understand how people can do this. Below is a video of how far I can make it in a song on expert. It's not too far! Playing on hard I can maybe get through half a song before my hand gives out and that's on the guitar, nevermind the drums.
My hat goes off to you guys who can finish a song let alone 5 star it.
