According to the official Rock Band forums , some previously released songs have been re-released to include some fixes for bugs that were in the originals. To get the new versions of the songs that have been fixed up, all you need to do is re-download the songs. There's no issues if you don't but if you want the songs to be how they were meant to be, you may want to give them another go.

The songs that have been fixed with their original release dates are:

  • Can’t Stand Losing You 20-Nov

  • Roxanne 20-Nov

  • Synchronicity II 20-Nov

  • Police Pack 01 020-Nov

  • Brass in Pocket 18-Dec

  • Limelight 1-Jan

For the Xbox 360, navigate to the System Blade ( purple ), select memory, all devices, games, Rock Band, search for any of the listed songs (right trigger is a page down ), select the song with the A button, and then select Delete and then redownload the songs from the Marketplace. For the PS3, gamers will need to re-download them from your download list.
