More Nirvana Tracks To Be Added To Rock Band Library

Harmonix and MTV Games have announced the addition of seven new tracks to the Rock Band Music Store catalog of downloadable content.

This week’s lineup features seven master recordings from alternative grunge band, Nirvana, including, “Breed,” “Lounge Act,” “On a Plain,” “Polly,” “Something in the Way,” “Stay Away,” and “Territorial Pissings.” These tracks join “In Bloom” from the original Rock Band soundtrack and “Drain You” featured on the Rock Band 2 soundtrack to make for a total of nine Nirvana songs available in the Rock Band music catalog.

Each Track will be available starting October 21st, 2008, for the Xbox 360 and October 23rd, 2008, for PlayStation 3. The cost is $1.99 per track -160 Microsoft Points- or $10.99 -880 Microsoft Points- for the Nirvana 7-pack.
