Ken Levine To Give Guildhall Commencement
Bioshock creator to give graduation speech

Ken Levine, lead designer at 2K Boston who led the creation of the multi-million selling, multiple game-of-the year award winning title BioShock, will highlight the Cohort 9 graduation on Saturday, December 13th as commencement speaker.

Other games Levine has worked on include Thief: The Dark Project, System Shock 2, Tribes: Vengeance, Freedom Force, its sequel Freedom Force vs. The Third Reich, and SWAT 4. Levine will be working with 2K Marin on BioShock 2. He began his career as a screenwriter for Paramount Pictures and as a playwright in New York before joining the game industry in 1995.

The Guildhall at SMU graduation ceremony will begin at 2:30 p.m. at Crum Auditorium, James M. Collins Executive Education Center, SMU Main Campus, 3150 Binkley Avenue, Dallas, Texas, followed by the university recognition ceremony at 7 p.m., Moody Coliseum, SMU main campus.
