Konami has announced that the upcoming Castlevania title, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow will be available at shop nationwide for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 starting October 5th, 2010.

Players will take the role of Gabriel Belmont, part of the well-known Belmont clan from Castlevania series. Gabriel must track down the mysterious Lords of Shadow in order to unite the pieces of a relic called "The God Mask" that can purify the world and has the power to bring the dead back to life.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadows plans on offering players a load of gameplay with over 40 possible combo attacks that can be used against the more then 40 enemies through the more than 50 levels that the game has to offer.
