Ubisoft has officially announced that Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Classic Trilogy HD and Prince of Persia Classic Trilogy HD are heading for the PlayStation 3 for a release of March 22st, 2011.

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Classic Trilogy HD and Prince of Persia Classic Trilogy HD each combine three full-length games onto one Blu-Ray disc: Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow and Splinter Cell Chaos Theory will be bundled together for the first time while the three Prince of Persia titles, Prince of Persia The Sands of Time, Prince of Persia Warrior Within and Prince of Persia The Two Thrones will also share a disc.
