This real-time demo of the Unreal Engine 3 is absolutely amazing, but before you get too excited, keep in mind that the PC behind this scene is operating with three Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 video cards. Even so, developers can start incorporating many of Unreal Engine 3's new features immediately, including better depth-of-field, shaders, and an exciting terrain system similar to that Far Cry 2.
