According to Activision's Dan Winters, Guitar Hero is merely on hiatus, and not broken up after a booze-addled blowout as previously thought.

In fact, new tracks from Paramore, Middle Class Rut, Madina Lake and Darkest Hour have been added to the Guitar Hero music library for download as of today.
