Capcom executives revealed the first details on Resident Evil 6 at a Resident Evil Premier Anniversary Party in Tokyo last week. RE 6 executive producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi, producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, and game director Eiichiro Sasaki gave a presentation on the game, describing it as the "ultimate horror entertainment," with an emphasis on creating a level of fear for the player that will be "overwhelming."

Resident Evil 6 will feature four main protagonists including Leon and Chris. Both will be playable and their stories will run concurrently, with stories taking place in separate locations. The other two are "the man who's told to save the world" ( and a woman called Helena Harper.

We expect to hear more about the game later this year and as Capcom releases more info leading up to its release on November 20 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
