For as much as there is to do in Saints Row 2, the new content pack, Ultor Exposed doesn't share the same wealth of experiences. The main draw seems to be that you can take on missions at the behest of Tera Patrick who plays an Ultor microbiologist looking to expose her employer's nefarious deeds.

While working with Tera you'll take on Ultor in three missions that were taken right out of "Sandbox Mission Creation for Dummies". Here you'll drive a big vehicle to pick things up, fighting along the way and then escape to drop stuff off. Next you shoot up a truck, but don't destroy it, so that you can get in it for some rail shooting. Finally you have to defend a fixed point and then make your way down a mountain in a car and defend it some more. Then the missions are over to the grand tune of about thirty minutes of your life.

Luckily the missions pay out a lot, to the tune of $50,000 per mission which means that if you're just starting out in the game, and can handle the amped up difficulty of multiple four star wanted levels, you can get some serious coin in a short amount of time, perfect for buying up property and establishing a steady revenue stream. You'll also get some pretty nice vehicles, better than most of what's available to you at the beginning of the game, including an EDF Scout vehicle, complete with roof mounted rocket launcher, an assault chopper and an A-10 Warthog. Again, if you're just starting out, these vehicles will serve you well, but if you took over Stilwater months ago, they're really only fun for mucking about, which is fun, but probably not ten bucks fun.

The co-op metagame adds an interesting twist to the already excellent co-op mode, providing points for one shot kills and nut shots as well as general destructive mayhem. The player with the most points at the end gets an additional 500 bucks for their troubles, again, great when you're starting up, but if you've finished the game and are sitting on over two million, well, you don't get out of bed for less than ten grand.
