RoadKill is Midway's entry into the mission-based, vehicular-combat game genre. Players take on the persona of a mercenary battling vicious gangs in a post-holocaust world.

Combat takes place over three distinct environments. Players may choose from 30 different vehicles and upgrade them with 20 unique weapons.

The E3 build of RoadKill already has fairly solid, straight-forward control.

Graphics are very nice with the Road-Warrioresque vehicles well executed. Broken door latches actually resulted in animated flopping doors as the vehicles took turns. A nice little touch.

Developer Terminal Reality also had the good taste to throw in a four-player mode that will add even more play value to RoadKill.

Set for a September release, RoadKill so far breaks little new ground but shows signs of good execution.
