Mission one: Operation Frostbite: Death at Sea



Objectives:

Secure the barge

As you start the mission two guards will be talking to each other on the other side of the crate directly in front of you. You have two choices to can take. You can either wait until they are done talking, which then they will split up and you can take them out one at a time, or go Rambo style around the crate and take them both out at once before they can get shot off at you. When they are dead, pick up their bodies and bring them around the corner out of sight. Make your way back around the crates where you started and slowly make your way up the west side of the dock. Another cut scene will start showing two more guards talking. Take them out the same way.



After they are dead, hop up onto a crate near the rear of the dock and look at the barge. There are three guards that you need to scout. There are 2 at the right end and one on the left. If you don't see them right way, wait a bit and they will appear. For the guard on the left you may have to get into a better position to see around the little wall he is behind. After they are all spotted, you can now take them out from where you are. Take them out right to left so you don't get spotted.



Make your way up the ramp, in prone position on your stomach, to the barge and hide behind the crates on the left to over hear a conversation. This will get you your objective for the Eavesdrop for Intel. When the cut scene stops, wait where you are and they will walk around the corner to you. Take them out, take out the guys hiding in the rooms to your right and make your way up the stairs in front of you to Nav Point Echo, also known as the bridge.



There are two guys in the bridge. Do not make any noise going into the bridge while there is still a terrorist alive in there. He will use the radio to call for help and you will fail the mission. Wait until one of the terrorists walks out of the room and down the stairs before you rush in and kill the guard remaining. Stay in the room until the guard who went for a stroll returns and take him out. Sever the communications by either shooting the radio or activating it to complete another objective.



For this next part of the mission I send bravo team to Nav Point Zulu and let them do most of the dirty work while Able Team slips down the staircase underneath the bridge. Remember to set Bravo team to "Fire at Will" before sending them off. Make your way to Nav Point Foxtrot by taking the stairs to the left of the bridge. Here you grab the Intel off a desk and make your way down the hallway to meet your team at the satchel detonation point, squishing the enemy in between like a big sammich of justice.



When you reach the detonation spot, Nav Point Zulu and X-Ray, place your satchel charge on one side of room and have another member place another satchel on the other. Grab the team and head out of the room to end the mission.



Mission Two: Operation Frostbite: Ghost Town

For this mission I like to equip Kahuna (you) with a sniper rifle. I prefer the SR-25 SD. I get more use out of it then I do a regular machine gun and this mission is very wide open so it works well.



As soon as the mission starts send Bravo Team to Nav Point Charlie. From here, sit and wait for them to pop the sentry who comes strolling up to your little abode in the snow. Start your way to Nav Point Delta when he is taken out. There are two terrorists along the path here, but using your sniper rifle and scope they are no threat. Make a left around the corner and you will be inserted into the mission.



From here you can look down at a stack of crates and a terrorist walking around them. Take him out with the rifle and head your way down behind the lodge at the bottom of the hill. You are supposed to head directly to the dredge from here, but I like to stop and take out this building and 2 of the weapon stashes first. Send Boomer in to clear it out and wait as a slow poke terrorist makes his way down the stairs after you enter. Exit and head over to the pile of crates beside you. Equip the c4; slap it on the two sets of crates that are a little ways apart from each other and run towards the generator building.



Here you can turn off the generator which will disable the alarm if you are spotted. Without the alarm you don't have to worry about them deleting the files on the laptop. Send Bravo Team to Nav Point Zulu to cover the Dredge from that side. Make your way to the right of the dredge taking out the guard there. When you go inside, there will be a guard at the far end. Pop him with the sniper rifle, switch to your pistol and go up the first set of stairs. There is one guard here to take out before you turn around and head over and up the next flight of stairs. Take out two guards here and run around the corner grabbing the laptop completing the Intel objective. Leave the dredge and head over to your Bravo Team at Nav point Zulu.



You will get a cut scene about enemies increasing in the area and that they do. From here make your way over to the mining cabin to get pincushion. Set Bravo to "lead to crosshairs" and point at the Mining Cabin. They do a good job of taking everyone out on the way there even if they do take awhile to get there. When they reach the cabin, have Boomer clear the door to the left and Bravo Team clear the door to the right.



When you are waiting for them to clear the cabin you can set some c4 onto the stack of crates outside. Also take a trip around to the back of the cabin and look over to the cabin in the distance with your sniper scope. You will see a gaggle of terrorists gathering around it. Take them all out and go back into the mining cabin. Restrain Pincushion and have him and Bravo Team follow you to the cabin to secure it. After all is clear make your way to the extraction point and end the mission.





Mission three: Operation Frostbite: Oil Platform takedown

Start this mission like you started the first mission. Around the crate in front of you to the right are two guards talking. Rush around the corner Rambo style and take them out fast. Carry their bodies to the shadows while you listen to the other guards checking in on the radios. Head around the crates and behind building D. Wait for a few seconds and you will see a guard come around the far corner. Take him out and head back around the other side. Head inside Building D to secure it and run back out to your right.



Turn around the corner and hide in the shadows while you use your binoculars to scope out the snipers. There is one up high on top of the second tower to the right ahead of you making rounds on the catwalk and another to your left walking back and forth on a catwalk high up. When you have both snipers scouted out, kill them. Head up the second ramp which leads into building A. Open the door and aim down at the guard below you. Kill him and head back to the ramp you passed.



Run up it and head into building B. Take out the two guards in here and exit through the door to the right. There will be a bomb flashing green here for you to defuse. Use Boomer to disable it while you run down the ramp to your right to the other bomb flashing green. Call over Bravo team to disarm this one while you head around the left side of the pipes and wait for the terrorist who are going to come out of the doorway at the end of the ramp.



Take them out and head into the room they came out of. Follow the passage down and around taking out the guards in here and up the ramp to exit. To your left will be 4 large containers. There will be a bomb glowing green at the base of the far right one. Be sure to take out the sniper atop the tower before defusing it. You will want to have Boomer defuse this bomb as multiple enemies show up while it is being worked on. After it is taken out of service, head back to the ramp you came up and enter building E.



Run down the hallway and open the door that says "Authorized Personnel Only". In here you will rescue some of the oil workers. After the cut scene you still need to find and restrain two more workers. Run out the exit at the end of the hallway and make a left to Building C. Do not enter the building with any fancy flashes or bangs. If the terrorists inside are alerted early enough they will kill off the hostages.



Run in and take out the guards in the first area. Make your way down the hall and hang a left into the first room. A guard will be crouched in the change room. Kill him and restrain the hostage. Exit and go into the first door on the right. This will lead into the bathroom where another hostage is. Take out the guard and restrain the hostage. Head out through the door on the left into the games room where the leader is. Kill him and make your way outside. Turn to the right and look over the ledge and you should see a green light flashing on the Helipad. Put your crosshair on it and send Bravo Team over to clear out that area. That will secure the pad and complete the last objective for this mission.



Mission Four: Operation Good Karma: Golden Triangle Holiday

At the start you will see an elevated plateau ahead of you with a terrorist patrolling around on top of it. Take him out and head to the group of bushes in the water to the right. Make your way from bush to bush until you have successfully inserted into the mission area.



From here you need to quietly take out the few guards while you crawl your way up and under the hut in front of you. Keep your team on hold so they don't attack the enemies in the windows of the hut. Listen to the long conversation to complete the objective "Eavesdrop for Intel", then make your way up the ramp, clear out the hut and grab the Intel folder off the table. From here command the team Lead to: Delta and from there Lead to: Echo and finally Lead to: Foxtrot. Keep an eye out for enemies along the way as there will be more than a fair share and some look to much like bushes in the water.



When you enter the Docks area near Foxtrot you will be given a radio call that tells you the boats are here. You then have 40 seconds to place your c4 and blow them to pieces. While doing that, send Bravo Team to Nav point Juliet. Once you have done that, start to move from hut to hut clearing them out and securing them. After they are all secure you will need to travel a little bit and secure the final hut which holds the Bio data documents.



When you get them you will need to head to the extraction point at Nav point Zulu. On your way there you will get a radio message letting you know the enemy forces have increased. Set the teams on Fire at Will and make you way to the extraction point killing everyone you run across.



Mission Five: Operation Good Karma: Temple at Hohn Kaen

Helicopter Extraction

Secure Ambassador



This mission is a rather long one and can get rather frustrating if you die near the end.

Start this mission crawling on your belly around the second corner on your right. Crawl out until you see a guard on your left. Take him out and continue crawling until you see two more guards patrolling. They will walk past you and down the hill to your right. Take them out when they are at the bottom with a shot to the head from your sniper rifle. Next, take out the guard far across the water walking along the walkway. Save the terrorist standing on the boat for last. Quietly make your way down and under the first hut. Wait here and listen to the conversation and then quietly make your way over to the second hut. Do the same here while they talk about the "bad men" in the village.



After you get the eavesdropping objective complete, walk along the pathway beside the water up to a little building at the top of the hill. Inside will be a sniper who will be looking out a window towards the first hut. Kill him before he turns and spots you. If you wanted to clear out this area much quicker and easier, you could have called in a support sweep from the helicopter to start with. It would have killed everyone in the area except for the sniper in the little hut. Mind you, you wouldn't get the eavesdropping objective completed. Either way is up to you.



Make your way up to Nav Point Charlie and scope out the stair case leading to a doorway. There is a doorway at the top that leads into a courtyard that is lined with baddies. To the right of the staircase before the doorway is a side passage into the clearing. Head through here and take out the guard directly to the left of the passage exit and then look up and take out the snipers along the wall beside you.

There will be 3 more guards ahead of the passage way exit and around the corner. Have Bravo Team Attack to Echo point to be sure you didn't miss any guards here. Head up the stairs and through the doorway down the left hallway. When you go through the doorway you will enter a larger courtyard. Set the teams to Fire at Will and have them ambush the courtyard.



After they are all dead make your way over the bridge and go right. Around the corner here is the flank and there are a lot of guards here, but you only need to identify one of them. Have your team ambush the pathway after you have the guards identified. Climb the small stair case to the left. Take a look out the windows on the left and right and kill any enemies you can see from here. Call the team to ambush the courtyard while you take out guys from these windows.



When they call it clear, head around to the right taking out the sniper on top of the far wall around the corner. Make your way to the Pink building on the map which will be just ahead of you. Have Boomer clear out the room while you go in and restrain the ambassador's wife. Once you have her following you, a lot more enemies come out of hiding. Stay with your team and finish them all off. Make your way over to the left where the helicopter extraction point is. Call in the support helicopter to pick up Morgan and get ready for another big gun fight. When the helicopter leaves more enemies will come out again. Take them out and start your trek to get the ambassador.



You need to start your way back out to the flank where you ambushed all the enemies. Head all the way up the flank, past the elephants and around the corner. Take out the few guards here and continue down through the passageway to the next clearing. Use the ambush technique for each clearing you come to. When you reach the building where the Arthur is, there are two terrorists in it. One will be on the roof and one will be by the ambassador. Take them out and restrain Arthur to end the mission.



Mission Six: Operation Good Karma: City of the Forgotten

Obtain Intel

Oh Super. Another Dark level. Don't these SEALs ever work in the day time? You will want to check your maps often in this mission. It is very easy to get lost and confused about where you are going.



Throw on your Night Vision Goggles and start making your way up to Nav point Charlie taking out anyone you come across. Set the teams to stealth to Charlie stopping at each hut to clear them out. Once you reach Nav point Charlie, set the teams up to ambush the entire area. There is a guy here who has a grenade launcher and it is a lot easier to have Bravo team take him out while you stay back and alive.



Continue over to the compound when the Riverbank has been cleared out of enemies. Just like before it is a lot easier to set the teams to "Attack to Nav Point Delta". Head up the stairs, past the fire and clear out the area of baddies when you reach Delta. Make your way to the left, around a corner to a wide area and kill off some guys here. On the right and up another flight of stairs is a room with a few more guys you will need to take out to secure the compound.



Now you need to find the leader, Codename: Bad Dog and either capture him or kill him. You can do either; sometimes I killed him without even realizing it was him. It does feel more gratifying to catch him though. Set up the team to head for Nav Point Echo. There will be a wall with arches in it and the last arch will have an opening that you can run into. In here will be a few enemies waiting for you to kill them. Take them out and follow the passage way around. What you can do it if you are patient enough, wait at Nav Point echo for each guard to come through there killing them one by one. This is the path the leader takes so you can kill or capture him here also. When you exit the passage way, make a left and a quick right while continuing to clear out the area.



When you come to a set of stairs leading up to the temple, the leader and his thugs will run out when they are alerted by noise if they haven't left already Take out the guards while keeping an eye on the leader (if you want to capture him). If not, just start gunning them all down. If he does escape from you, you will need to high tail it back to the riverbank and catch him before he makes it to the boats.



After he is caught or killed, head up the stairs into the temple and grab the bio-data Intel from the right side of the statue on the ledge. Make your way down the stairs beside the door way to a room with crates and a big wooden door. Here you will need to use your C4 to blow it open. Make sure no one is standing near it when it blows. Every time I blew the door Boomer would stand as close to the door as he could and not move at all, so of course he would blow up with it. That was a little frustrating feature of the game I guess.



After it blows wait for a few guards to step over Boomer and rush in. Around here you may be starting to run really low on ammo. If you are pick up another gun because you are going to need a lot more ammo to deal with a lot more enemies. When no more enemies appear, head down the stairs into another room and clear the goons out of there. It may be easier to set the teams on ambush inside the doorway. More enemies run out at you as you head down one more flight of stairs. Kill them and the Bio Agent is yours.



Mission Seven: Operation Swift Justice: Mercenary Staging Area

Disable communications

Obtain Intel

Destroy munitions

Secure Area

Site one satchel

Site two satchel

Prevent enemy escape



Ahh…another wonderful nighttime jungle level. Well this one isn't foggy so it's not that bad, but you also don't get any NVG to bring along with you.



Start the mission by setting your team to Stealth to Nav Point Charlie. This is where the communications tower is that you need to disable. Keep an eye on your team when they are moving. There are a lot of enemies on this mission and keeping them covered will keep them alive a lot longer. When you reach Nav point Charlie, have Boomer clear out the hut there before the terrorist can use the radio to call for help ending your mission.



While Boomer is doing that, have either Bravo team or yourself set a satchel charge on the tower beside the hut. Make sure you set the team to follow you as you run away from the tower. If not they will stay holding their position at Nav point Charlie and get baked pretty well in the explosion. Make your way across the path to the hut at Nav Point Delta. Rush inside and grab the map off the table to complete the Intel Objective. Exit here, making your way up to Nav point Echo and get ready to rumble.



The terrorists seem to come out of the woodwork here. There are a lot that you have to deal with so make sure the teams are set to Fire at will. Also, there is a watch tower that has a sniper perched in it that you will want to deal with quickly. When all is quiet, make your way to the munitions dump at Nav Points Foxtrot and Juliet. Among the crates at each site will be one guard. Take them out and look for the stack of brownish boxes marked as TNT. Why they have TNT sitting amongst munitions I have no idea.



At each dump, have Able Team or Bravo Team set a satchel charge on the pile. Make you way back towards Nav Point Echo exterminating the new wave of guards that decide to appear. When you get a fair distance away from the munitions dump a cut scene will start and the munitions will go ka-blooie! When this happens look at the map and head for the yellow star above you. The enemies will be heading here to make the great escape. Set Bravo here to hold position and cover the area while you and Boomer lead up the path to the hut and watch tower killing everyone in sight. When you have killed all enemies in the area the mission ends.



Mission Eight: Operation Swift Justice: P.O.W. Camp



Objectives:

Infiltrate the Perimeter

Verify POW location



Make your way up the jungle path. There will be 3 or 4 enemies along the way but nothing incredibly difficult. As you stealth your way to Nav Point Delta you will complete the first two objectives. Make your way along the right side of the path up onto the rocks. Have the Team ambush the area while you scope out the enemy high on top of look out point. Kill everyone here and head for Nav Point Echo.



Clear out the two watch towers and the guards on the ground to secure the second area. Keep moving along taking out the sneaky little terrorists that are hiding in the bushes until you come to the river. Check your map to make sure you enter at the right spot. Follow it around and hop up the stones that you can climb and resemble steps to a higher plateau. Quietly move along the right side wall and around the large tree until you see the yard where the POWs are being kept.



Send Bravo team down to ambush the yard while you wait up top on the ledge incase the Torturer comes out to play. If he does, fill him full of holes. Hop down and restrain the POW's in the yard and under the hut. When you rescue them they tell you that there are more POW's in the caves. So guess where you're off to? Yep, but the catch is that none of the POW's can die. If they do, it's game over.



Send Bravo Team to Nav point Romeo while you keep the hostages well out of sight of any mercenaries. When the area is clear, enter the house in the center of the area and leave the POW's here with the door closed. Make your way to Nav Point Whiskey and clear it out before you enter the caves entrance. Clearing out the caves is pretty straight forward. There aren't many places for the enemy to hide until you get to the large cavern with the side tunnel the leads to the POW. There are two caves to hold two POWs, but there is only one in here. Don't be walking around looking for the other POW. After you have the POW following you, lead everyone out and back to gather your other POWs'. When you have all three following you, make your way up the ramp to the extraction point to end the mission.



Mission Nine: Operation Swift Justice: Mountain Assault



Objectives:

Clear Towers

Air strike Bunker 1

Air strike Bunker 2

Air strike Bunker 3

Infiltrate bunker

Disable Fuse box

Disable Battery

Secure Marine



Start by taking out the two guards up high on the bridge and the 4 mercs under it. Hop over the water and start your way down the long path that is lined with many soon to be dead mercs. When they are all taken care off, continue along your merry little way to the two towers. When you arrive at the first tower, set the team on hold position and climb up the ladder. Look over to the other tower and take out the guard patrolling the top of it. The Towers are cleared pretty easily.



Climb down and make your way to Nav Point Delta. When you reach it, there will be 3-4 mercs waiting for you to say hello. Take them out and make your way to the base of the second tower. Here there are more mercs waiting to ambush you as you walk up the hilly path. When they have all been disposed of, continue on to Nav Point Foxtrot and the first bunker. First make sure you clear out the area good of enemies and then set Bravo team to Lase the bunker.



After the bunker is toast, you will need to back track a little bit and head down a side path to get around to the other bunkers. When you are almost all the way up the path you will be told the secret entrance is at Nav Point Zulu. Take out the second and third bunker and then make your way there. When you enter the secret entrance put on your NVG and start taking out every light bulb you come across. The enemy can't see squat in the dark so use it to your advantage. You need to make your way through the first floor and turn off the battery then return to the staircase you pass on your way and go to the next floor down.



Through this whole part of the mission, you need to move very slowly and very quietly. With the lights out, the guards can't see you, they can only hear you. On the second floor down, to the left at the bottom of the stairs will be a small little room with another battery. Turn it off, head back out and go straight as far as you can. You will come across a small door in the wall that will house the fuses you need to turn off. Back track a little and turn down the hallway to the right. In here will be a door that was magnetically closed and couldn't be opened until the fuses were turned off. Take out the merc guarding the door, the merc inside the door and rescue the Marine POW.





Mission Ten: Operation Swift Justice: Prison Break



This is one rough, really tough mission. So far, this is probably the toughest one there has been so be ready for one hell of a fight.



From the start make your way around the right corner and take out the two guards there. The quieter you are the better. When the guards get a shot off, the mercs inside the prison compound will hit the alarm and what an annoying alarm it is. There are many ways to complete this mission but chances are you are going to complete it running for your life.



After you take out the two guards to the right make your way forward across the tires tracks and down the slope into the canyon. Take out any guard you come across. Look up to the bridge and take out the light bulb at the far side. Clear out the canyon and make your way up the right side slope. You could hop up the stone slabs under the bridge scaffolding but this way is much safer. Send the team to Nav Point Charlie while you cover them by taking out the snipers in each tower.



When you reach Nav point Charlie set the Satchel charge to blow the wall and create a diversion. If the alarm sounds before you reach Nav Point Charlie, send your team over the wall at Nav Point Delta and clear the area instead. This can be more than tricky since it seems enemies appear out of thin air. Pop every light bulb you can see in the yard to get an advantage and disable the generator to the right to shut up the alarm.



From here you are supposed to grab Mr. Pickle and then the Intel. I like to do this differently. Go to the Armory first and clear it out. Grab the map from the second floor table and make your way to the Cellblock to get Mr. Pickle. Arm yourself with a grenade or two because the mercs in the cellblock will kill you really fast. Take them out and grab Mr. Pickle from his cell. From here your objective is to secure Mr. Pickle and take him to the extraction point since you already have the map that you would have had to get. It also buys you extra time before the Hinde arrives.



Now that you have Mr. Pickle either run like the gingerbread man to Nav Point Foxtrot through the hole in the wall you created to the west or open the gate to the prison yard that is straight across from the cell block. Run as fast as you can to Nav Point Foxtrot to complete the mission.



If you decide to grab Mr. Pickle and then grab the map, the mission is a lot more difficult considering you have to deal with the Hinde. If the Hinde does make an appearance, hide in the Armory and run out periodically shooting it, running back in when you start taking hits. You also must use the NVG to spot the helicopter. You will also then be given additional objectives before making it to the extraction point. Save yourself major frustration and a major headache and grab the map before rescuing Mr. Pickle.
