Training:

Since this is a simple training mission, just follow the on screen instructions and it will lead you through it. If you need a walkthrough to get through this mission, then you should just turn off your PS2 right now because no walkthrough is going to help you for the rest of the game. Learn the commands to send out to your team and have them go through the warehouse to secure the two hostages. Once you have both, the training is over and the real game begins

Mission One: Alpine Village

When the mission begins, move the team forward and crouch past the fence on the left. Head around the corner on the right and pop the terrorist in the window high above ahead of you. Continue forward through the street and there will be an enemy around the next corner on the right. Take him out and continue going along the street until you reach the next right urn. Here there will be a guard in front of a door to a barn and a guard in fenced area to the left. Kill both and enter the door to the barn. When you do, you will complete the first objective. Clark will then tell you that the hostage should be somewhere in a church and to take it slow. Listen to him. In the first room will be a ladder going up and a door. Head up the ladder and clear the next door to empty the room. Go through the door on the right and there will be a few more enemies at the bottom of the stairs.



Clear them and head down to a room with a fire place. Go to the left of the stairs you came down and there will be another set going down. Go down slowly and take out the enemies there as well. When you reach the bottom of the second stairs, there will be two doors in here, one around the corner and one in the main room. They both lead outside, so have your team go through the main one, and you go through the one around the corner. Let your team go through first and then go through your door and kill the enemies there. When you are outside, finish off the rest of the enemies there and head across the street to the church. Walk up to the brown door to complete the first part of the mission. After the save, go through the next door and clear it out. The enemies will all be to the left as well as the hostage. Clear them out and have your team secure her.



Once you have her secure, you will be told the second hostage is in the basement. Head to the right side of the room and there will be a door there. Go through and follow the hallway to the next door on the right. Go through and there will be a few enemies here in the hallway. Take them out and continue all the way to the end and enter the door on the right. When you do, there will be an enemy hiding behind a table and there will be a secret passage leading down to the basement on the left. Follow the stairs down and go through the arched opening on the right. Follow it along and there will be another on the left. Enter the room slowly and take out the two enemies in there. When they are dead, head left to the next opening and there will be 3 enemies at the end of the hallway as well as the final hostage. Clear them out by using the barrels for cover and grab the hostage to complete the mission.

Mission Two: Mountain Highway

After the opening scene, you will need to make your way into the tunnel and to the fuel truck to find the terrorists. Move forward past the police cars and the tunnel will be right there. There will only be a few enemies here, not a lot just yet. When you enter the tunnel, there will be a bomb near the fuel truck that you will need to defuse. When you set the task for the team to defuse it, a rush of enemies will enter from the doorway on the left. Keep your gun trained on the door and kill them as they run in. Once no more are coming through, defuse the bomb and you will be told to enter the maintenance tunnels to find the hostages. Head to the end on the tunnel, to the fuel truck, and go up the stairs on the left. Follow the walkway and enter the door where the enemies were pouring through. Make a right turn and follow the hallway to the next room.



Kill the enemies in here with out entering. When the three are dead, go across the room to the double doors. Take out the guard on the stairs and head up them yourself. When you go through the door at the top, there will be an enemy to the left who will toss a grenade at you. Pop him and go to the right and through the door there. Pass through the next room and you will come to a hallway. Enter the first door on the right and take the guard out there and enter. Go through the next door on the left and there will be an enemy watching TV monitors. Plug him in the head and head for the double doors on the left where there will be a few more enemies to take out. When all is clear, head down the hallway to the right and around the corner. Continue along the hallway until you reach the double doors at the end to complete the first half of the mission. When it is done loading, flash and clear the next door to the right of the steam jet.



There will be about 4 enemies here to the right of the catwalk to deal with. When they are down, make your way across and into the next room. Head down the stairs and toss a flash into the next room to blind anyone you may have missed in the next room which is where you went across above on the catwalk. When you enter, go through the door immediately to the left and follow the hallway around the corner and past the steam jet shooting downwards. When you reach the end of the hallway, there will be a door on the left which leads to the hostage and a few more enemies. Toss in a flash and kill the few enemies close to the door. There will be a truck to the far right that has an enemy on the back of it as well as an enemy above and behind you when you move to secure the hostage. Make sure you pop those two before attempting the rescue.



After the hostage is secure, you will need to find the second one. Head to the doorway where the truck is and kill the two enemies on either side on the second floor. When they are dead, enter the door on the right and follow the hallway. When you reach the stream jet, there will be an enemy, above and behind you. Walk through that section backwards and nail him when you see him. Continue to the end of the hall and go through the double doors. Enter the next room and make a right through the doors there to enter a very large room with three enemies at the far end. Use cover and zoom in to pop them. Make your way to the end and go through the door on the right.



Follow the hallway around the corner and when you come to the next door, it will lead out into the tunnel. Open the door and get ready for a fire fight. Slowly work your way outside and use the cars in front for cover. Try to shoot under the car on the right that is up the stairs to peg as many enemies as you can. Work your way from cover to cover and especially use your zoom to get in nice and tight on the heads of the enemies hiding behind cars. Continue to work your way to the far end of the tunnel and you will see the hostage there. Have a team mate secure the hostage while you keep your gun trained on the doorway to the left. Once the hostage is secure, the mission is over.

Mission Three: Oil Refinery

From the start, slowly make your way to the left and around the corner of the wall. There will be two enemies there and if you run out in the open they will torch you in no time. Take them out and the other enemy who will come up the stairs on the other side of the area. Head over to the stairs when they are down and open and clear the door. Inside will be stairs on the left and barrels on the right. There will be enemies on both sides. Take out the enemies behind the barrels and then make your way up the stairs to the doorway taking out the enemies along the way. When you reach the end, there will be two guards to the left. Kill them and go through the door on the right and head up the stairs. Have you and your team go through separate doors and enter to clear out the security office where the guard is watching TV.



Another guard will run in from the right through the hallway there, so watch for him. Go through the hallway there and send the team left to the door way while you go right, around the corner to the next door. Send the team in to meet you and clear out the room of the enemies hiding between the machinery. When all is clear, head back out into the hall and disarm the bomb near the barrels. After it is disarmed, the door at the end of the hall on the left will open and a few enemies will enter. Take them out and head through the now open door. Make your way to the far side of the room and follow the stairs down to another guard waiting for you there. Kill him and continue to the far side and go through the door. Follow the hallway to the next door on the left and take out the guard there. Again follow the hallway around the corner and you will come to another door. Your teammate will tell you that section C is through the door.



Flash and open the door and take out the enemies gathered inside. Send someone over to defuse the second bomb and watch for guards to appear in the door to the right of where you entered. When the bomb is defused, head through that door and go to the end of the hall to complete the first part of the mission. Now you need to find the Site Director and rescue him. After the second half is loaded, head up the stairs and through the door. Head down the hallway and pop the guards in the next hallway. Go through door at the end and you will enter a control room. Cross to the other side and go through the open doorway there.



When you enter the next room, you will be on a catwalk above the floor below you and there will be 4 enemies around you. Three will be on the ground and one will be across from you on the catwalk. Take them all out and follow the stairs down to the ground. Go through the door there and follow the hallway around and you will come to a large open area outside. There will be an rpg soldier here that you want to stay well hidden from. Take out the regular enemies from the hallway and then sneak up to the stack of boxes and shoot through the space between them to take out the rpg soldier. When he is dead, the garage door on the left of the area will open and there will be 4 more soldiers and the hostage. Make sure you don’t peg the hostage while taking out the enemies. After they are down, secure the hostage to complete the mission.

Mission Four: Island Estate

Head up the drive way with Webber close behind. You only have one teammate this time so be extra careful. Head left when you reach the end and go up the slope. Enter the door on the right and clear out the enemy in the kitchen. Watch the door on the right as an enemy will open it and open fire. Go through afterwards and head down the stairs on the left. Kill the guard there and make your way right, down the hallway past the furniture and up the stairs at the end. There will be a guard at the top hiding behind the corner so zoom in on him and take him out. Go through the door to the right of the stairs and follow the hallway. Use the debris in the hallway for cover as you take out the enemies at the end. When you are in end room with the bright white windows, head for the stairs leading up on the right.



In here will be two doors leading to the next room. Have Weber stand at one and yourself at the other. Rush the room together and there will be two enemies on either side of the hostage. Take them out quickly and secure the hostage. Have her follow you as your next objective is to get her to her husband. Leave the room and go back down the stairs. Make a right and go down the next set of stairs. Go through the door there and it will be your checkpoint save. Send Weber through the next door and it will lead outside. Take out the enemies on either side as you exit and make sure you keep the CEO’s wife protected. Go through the door on the left and there will be two more enemies in there. Take them down and continue through to the hallway. Follow it around and immediately open the door and kill the enemy in white standing there. If you dally around, the enemy will shoot the hostage cowering there and screw your mission for you.



Take him out and run outside with the wife and Weber. Now the fun part starts. You need to protect the two hostages until Bear arrives in the chopper. Send Weber to the far right, where the husband is and place yourself in the open doorway. Keep an eye on the 2nd floor balcony above where Weber is and don’t let any of them drop grenades down. When there is no enemies up there, help Weber clear out the enemies in the courtyard. When all the enemies are dead, Bear will show up and mow down the few more enemies that will appear. Once they are all dead, the mission is complete.

Mission Five: Shipyard

Make your way forward and around the crates to the left. Stop at the corner and clear out all the enemies you can see. There will be some on top of the grates but mostly hiding behind them and popping out. When all is quiet, go around the corner and continue to go left around more boxes until you come to a loading bay. Pop all the guards inside it and make your way through the door in the rear corner. Enter the control room and go through the next door on the right. Follow the hallway past the steam jet to the end. Open and clear the enemy through and head up the stairs. Go through the dark room at the top and you will come out into a hallway with a door on the right and left. Kill the enemy here and have your team go Zulu through the left door, while you go through the right.



There are 3 enemies in the next hallway to take care of and surrounding them works best. When they are dead, go through the door in the center of the hallway. Have the team go through the door across from where you enter, and yourself take the stairs that are through the door on the right. Follow the stairs down and enter the door at the bottom to clean up any enemies your team missed. When all is clear, bring the team down to you and defuse the bomb that is on some barrels. Once it is deactivated, head back into the door you came through and go down the next flight of stairs. When you reach the lockers at the bottom, walk up to the door to finish the first part of the mission. After the second half loads, you will be in the machine room where the 2nd bomb is.



Make your way forward and there will be a door to the left, the right and straight ahead. Enter the room on the right and take out the enemies there. The bomb will be in the center of the room but when you move to defuse it, the ceiling will open and enemies will take fire. Have your team cover you, while you defuse the bomb and then make your way out and through the door that was straight across from you when you first entered and is now on your right. Follow the hallway to the end and go left. When you get ¼ of the way down, the door at the end will open and enemies will appear. Take them out and continue down the hall to the stairs on the left side.



Kill the guard at the bottom and go down and around the corner. When you go through the next door way, you will have 1:30 to find and defuse the next bomb. Enter the area and immediately kill the enemy to the left and then have the team move forward to kill the 4 enemies hiding around the sky jack. Move forward when they are done and a large door will open at the far end in the wall. Sometimes an enemy attacks and sometimes not. Go through the door on the right and through the next one and you will be where the bomb is. There are about 5 enemies in here to clear out. Use the boxes for cover and have your team rush in and take them down while you stay back and pick off the ones they miss. When all is quiet, run over to the bomb along the left side of the area where the barrels are and disarm it to complete the mission.

Mission Six: Crespo Foundation

Make your way to the end of the hall to the main lobby of the floor and turn right. There will be a large door and a small door to the right. Go through the small door and you will enter a small office area. Kill the guards in here and move through the next door the hallway. Ill the guards there and follow the hallway around the corner. Move to the end of the hall and there will be a door on the right. Enter and clear out the room there of enemies with a clear command. For the next room, there will be an enemy hiding behind a cubicle that will toss grenades over. Let the team do a flash and clear and they should wipe out everyone perfectly in the room. When the three enemies are dead in the room, head through the double doors and follow the hall around to another set.



When you get close, they will blow and enemies will rush out. Pop your head in and take out the group of enemies on the right side through the opening. When the gun fire stops, work your way to the end of the room and then to the right to get around to the next hallway. Follow it along to the open large door and go left. It will lead to a seating area and 2 guards wandering about. Take them out and then go through the large double doors at the end. Clear and enter and head up the stairs. Go through the doors at the top and follow the hallway around till you come to a single door and a double door on the left. Go through the single door and there will be another there. Have the team Zulu enter while you go to the double doors. Enter and kill the enemy in there and secure the hostage. Once you have the hostage, watch for enemies coming through the large door you opened.



Head down the hall and go through the door there to come to a set of steps. Go up to complete the first half of the mission. When you reach the top of the stairs, go through the door and kill the guard in the hallway. When he is dead, flash and clear open the first door on the left you pass. It will be an auditorium of sorts with the hostage on the stage and enemies firing down at you from openings high above on each wall. Pop them all and grab the hostage. When he is secure, head back out into the hall and you will need to head to the next floor to kill the enemies destroying records. Follow the hall around and it will lead to another stair case.



Go up and make a right around the corner and pop the guard standing at the end. Make another right at the end and follow the hallway to the door on the left. Enter the room there and there will be an enemy standing around and a grenade launching soldier outside the next door. Make sure you can get out the door and get him before he gets you. Head out the other door on the right side of the room and clear the hallway out in front of you. Make your way to the end and enter the door on the right. When you are in the small room, open the next door on the left and this room you will need to clear of enemies. Stand back in the room and fire through the doorway and through the glass to nail the enemies there. When you have them all dead on the ground, Clark will tell you it’s time to go home.

Mission Seven: Old City

Now it is just you and Price so make sure you keep him alive. Start your way forward and head down the stairs. Pop the guard at the bottom and the other that runs by. When you reach the bottom of the stairs, take out the three enemies to the left, two up high and one on the ground. Enter the building across from the bottom of the stairs and pop the soldier there as well. Head through the hallway and enter the room at the end. There will be two enemies in here as well as a few across in the windows of the next building. Take them out and use the tables for cover. When they are down, head through the door on the right and creep your way down the stairs. When you reach the street, there will be a few more enemies that pop around the corner at the end including a grenade launching fellow. Make your way to the corner down the street and pop the two enemies around to the left and the one on the roof. Continue to the end of the street where the two enemies were and take out the one in the left room and then enter the right. Follow it around to the next door which will lead you out side.



Lean out and look left to pop a tango there, and then up high in the window to the right to nail one there as well. There are two more enemies around the corner hiding behind boxes that you need to kill before heading up the stairs. Do so and head up the stairs to flash clear the door. Enter and make your way down the stairs to complete the first part of the mission. After the second part loads, make your way forward and peak around the corner to take out the tango there. Head to the end of the street and there will be a broken boarded fence on the right side. Try to take out as many enemies through there as you can but more than likely they will all just come around the corner to get you. Also keep an eye on the window at the end of the street on the second floor. Clear out him and the rest of the enemies in the courtyard to the right and make your way to the right and along the broken fence to the opening on the left where a soldier will be around the corner. An rpg will fly in a destroy the van when you make your way over to the opening.



Poke around the corner and take out the tango there and continue to follow it. Enter the door on the left at the end and then the door on the right. Follow the hallway and you will be told the informant is on the top floor. Enter the next room and pop the tango there. The next door is a bit tricky and you’ll want a flash on it. When you enter there will be two enemies hiding behind a half wall. Blind them and take them out. Continue through until you come to the outside courtyard. Take out the 3 tangos on the ground and the one on the roof. When they are dead, go to the far side and through the door on the right. Follow the room around and there will be a center room that has a window and an enemy inside as well as another around the corner of that room. Pop them all and go trough the doorway there to reach the staircase. Slowly walk towards it because as you do, the ceiling will collapse and there will be a tango through the hole firing down at you. Take him out and head up the stairs.



Go through the door and take out the two enemies on the other side of the shelves. When they are dead, go through the hallway on the right. Follow it out the end and a tango will come around the corner. Pop him and continue to the small staircase at the end. Go through the door and you will be told the informant is in the next room. There is a door on the left to enter the courtyard the informant is in as well as one on the right, around the corner and at the far end. Have Price go through the door on Zulu command as you enter through the other door. There are two tangos in the courtyard with the informant and they like to kill him. If you rush in and miss your shots at the tangos, one will grab the hostage and hold the gun to his head. When you have Price come in the other door, he will shoot him from behind and save the hostage and the other tango will give up, if he isn’t already dead. When the hostage is secure the mission ends.

Mission Eight: Trieste

Uh oh, no team casualties allowed and no saves either. This mission can be a toughie. Make your way forward a few steps and head to the right down the passage there. When you get near the end, there will be an explosion and a guard will appear. Take him out and turn the corner and take out the two more tangos neat the fountain in the center. Walk to the street and on the far left, up high will be an open window that a tango will appear in as well. Make your way to the right, and you can take out the soldier in the small office here by firing through the window. Continue to the end of the street and make a right down the stairs. When you reach the bottom, Price will make a comment about it being so quiet. Around the corner to the right will be two tango’s behind crate and in a window and to the left will be a tango up on a ledge and one at a doorway.



Take them all out very carefully and make your way around the corner to the next door way. Look up on the catwalk and enemies will run in. Pop them one by one as they do. When you reach the top there will be one soldier left to the far right. Take him out and then slowly creep through the door on the left. Pop the soldier on the roof to the right who is throwing grenades, and then nail the shotgun soldier behind the gate to the left. When both are dead, make your way around the corner and take out the few remaining soldiers on the roof to the right. Head for the door at the opposite side and flash it to enter. Enter the next room on the left to find where you team mates where stashed out. Well they aren’t there now, so you need to find them.



Go back out through the library room with the books and go around the corner to the door there. Exit the door and kill the tango to the right outside. Head down the stairs now and you will be told that your team mates are in the market and you will hear loads of gunfire. Go down the stairs and head to the right. Ahead of you will be the market place and a lot of enemies. To the right of you will be an opening and two soldiers who are your team mates. Do not fire at them! Work your way forward taking out all the enemies you can see ahead of you and remember no team casualties. When you get to the far end, start your way over to the right and kill the soldiers who are firing at your team mates. When they are all dead the mission is complete and you can get the hell out of there.

Mission Nine: Alcatraz

Make your way down the stairs until you can see the doorway at the bottom. Don’t go too far forward into the water but take out the tango that appears in the doorway. There will be a lot more enemies to the right, at the far end of the passage. Take out who you can and enter the door way across the bottom of the stairs. Head to the right and take out the two tangos there by shooting the barrel for easier damage and continue along to the end. Head up the stairs to the left and enter the door at the top for the quick save. Head up the next flight of stairs and you will have successfully infiltrated the prison. When you in the wide open area, it is the showers and your next objective is to secure them. All around the top level is a ledge and it will have enemies rushing out to attack you.



Head to the far wall and stay in the centre so you can have a good view of both side. After about six or seven enemies are dead, one will run out into the floor area through a door beside where you entered from. A teammate will make a comment about it being your exit. Head for the door and make your way to the left. Continue to the next door and flash and clear to go through. Head up the next flight of stairs and make your way left around the corner and along the second level of the showers. Clear out any enemy that appears on the other side along the way. When you reach the end of the walkway, head to the right and follow it to the next left.



You will then be told the first hostage should be in the infirmary. Continue left and follow the hallway to a set of stairs at the end. Go down to the door to finish the first half of the mission. After the second half is loaded, continue down the stairs and enter the double doors through the first door. As soon as you enter the double doors, kill every tango you can see quickly. If you don’t they love to kill the hostage right away. Make your way towards the hostage but keep your gun up since there are plenty of tangos coming around the corner. Once the hostage is secure, head back to the corner you went around entering the cell block and there is a door there.



Go up the stairs and follow the walkway along to the next door. Go down the stairs and then through the double doors on the left. Follow the hallway to the next set of double doors and it will lead to a large room with a lot of tables and overturned stuff. There is a barred area on the right with a tango hiding behind it as well as two or three soldiers at the far end of the room. Enter and use the over turned tables for cover while you pop each of the soldiers. When all is quiet, grab the second hostage who is there and the mission is complete.
