Kalypso Opens
New publisher opens its doors in City of Worms, Germany.

A new publishing company called Kalypso Media GmbH was founded in the City of Worms, Germany. Kalypso Media is planning to release Computer, videogames and mobile games targeted for the mass market and casual gamers. About 10 different titles for PC and Mobile platforms shall be released until Christmas in Germany and other European territories. Kalypso Media has been founded by Simon Hellwig, former Managing Director of Blackstar Interactive and owner of the license trading company HEMETRA, and Stefan Marcinek, an experienced industry veteran specialized on publishing and interactive marketing. He also owns the private publishing label Comport Interactive. The company's complete line-up for the 4th Quarter 2006 will be announced shortly.
