Today it was revealed that Aquaman will be a playable character in the upcoming super hero game, Justice League Heroes. Aquaman joins the rest of the Justice roster that includes Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, Zatanna and the previously announced unlockable Green Arrow.

The undersea hero from the mythical kingdom of Atlantis is armed with superhuman powers such as whirlpool (temporary water whirlwind that traps enemies), the sword of Atlantis and protection from a water shield. Aquaman is fully prepared to assist his fellow Justice League Heroes in the fight to stop Brainiac and his evil forces, including Killer Frost and The Key, and restore peace to the world. JLH will arrive in Fall 2006 for the PS2, Xbox, PSP, GBA and DS.
