Ubisoft, Dreamworks @ ADAPT 2006

Digital 04 Studios announced the participation of speaker Arnauld Lamorlette, VFX supervisor, and Jason Spencer-Galsworthy, supervising animator, from DreamWorks Animation SKG to the //ADAPT 2006 digital art production techniques conference taking place on September 23rd and 24th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Montreal.

DreamWorks Animation SKG, creators of Shrek, Shrek 2, Madagascar and the upcoming Shrek the Third and sequel to Madagascar, is devoted to producing family entertainment through the use of computer-generated (CG) animation. For the first time ever in Montreal, DreamWorks Animation will be recruiting talent at this two-day event.

Ubisoft will also host three presentations in their sponsored Exploration track, showcasing some of the best talent, who worked on such games as Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia The Sands of Time, Prince of Persia The Two Thrones. Ubisoft will also be recruiting talent at this two-day event. In addition to sponsoring the Exploration Track, Ubisoft will play host to these talented artists, and world renowned studios in Montreal and abroad, as they will present a slice of the famous Montreal night life with VIP treatment. The //ADAPT 2006 official launch party. Sponsored by Ubisoft, this event will be held on Saturday, September 23rd, 10:30PM at Club 1234; located at 1234 de la Montagne Street, in the heart of downtown Montreal.
