Pandemic Studios announced today the creation of a second development team at its Brisbane, Australia studios. With last week's release of Destroy All Humans! 2, the anticipated sequel to one of the best-selling original console games of 2005, Pandemic says that it is poised to build on the success of its Australian operation, which has grown over its six year history from a dozen to nearly one hundred employees.

To coincide with the retail release of Destroy All Humans! 2, Pandemic Studios also launched the Pandemic World News www.pandemicstudios.com/dah2 Web site. The site is a tongue-in-cheek alien conspiracy tabloid newspaper written by the game's two lead writers. The community forums feature frequent opportunities for fans of the game to interact directly with some of their favorite characters like Orthopox, Natalya, and of course, Crypto.

Destroy All Humans! 2 is available on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox for the suggested retail price of $39.99.
