Blockbuster announced that it has agreed to sell its Rhino Video Games chain to GameStop for an undisclosed price. The sale is expected to close by the end of this month. Rhino Video Games is a regional game retail chain with 72 stores in the Southeastern U.S. Further details on the deal were not revealed but this acquisition will obviously expand GameStop's coverage in new areas. The company, after purchasing competitor EB Games, is the largest game retailer in the nation.
