Infogrames' New Chairman

The board of directors of Infogrames Entertainment at its meeting of April 4, 2007, decided to appoint Patrick Leleu as the Group's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, following the departure of founding Chairman Bruno Bonnell, who leaves his positions as Chairman, CEO and Director of the company, as well as all of his functions with Atari.

The current membership of the Infogrames board of directors includes Patrick Leleu (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Thomas Schmider (Deputy Chief Operating Officer), Jean-Michel Perbet (Deputy Chief Operating Officer), Evence-Charles Coppée (Deputy Chief Operating Officer), Dominique D'Hinnin (Independent director - Chairman of the audit committee), Christophe Sapet (Director), Gina Germano (Director), BlueBay Asset Management (Director represented by Eli Muraidekh), and Benoit Regnault de Maulmin (Advisor).
