KOEI announced Nobunaga's Ambition: Rise to Power has gone gold and will be released to retail on February 5th. The historical strategy simulation from Kou Shibusawa is exclusively for the PlayStation 2. Nobunaga's Ambition: Rise to Power is set during the Sengoku (Warring States) period of Feudal Japan where players are charged with takingcontrol of Nobunaga or a rival warlord to unite 16th century Japan under one rule.
