Word from Engadget.com is that Guitar Hero: World Tour has been priced and given a set release date. Although not the most reliable when it comes to distant shipping dates, GameStop has the upcoming peripheral packed game with a release of October 27th, 2008.

The listing also has the price for the full packaged game at $189.99 which includes the drums, guitar and microphone. Alternatively, the guitar and game alone will run at $99.99 and the game itself will run you $59.99.
