crowd sourcing efforts pay off for popular gaming podcast.

While Kickstarter projects for games certainly are exciting, crowd-based funding for community focused endeavors like The Idle Thumbs Podcast are equally exciting to us. The funding project aims to bring back the popular podcast featuring Chris Remo, Sean Vanaman, and Jake Rodkin.

So far they have managed to raise $41,651 from $604 backers. They have already surpassed their goals, but if you would like to see this show return for a longer duration, I encourage you to hit the link above and give a little bit of money. As is the case with Kickstarter projects, funding at certain levels offers serious rewards.
