E3 2008: LEGO Batman: The Video Game Preview
LEGO Batman: The Videogame looks and plays a whole lot like its LEGO predecessors, which is its greatest strength and weakness.

Another bonus that the good guys have is that they can unlock special technology suits found throughout the game. For example, Robin can wear a Magnetic suit that allows him to walk on metal fences. Meanwhile, Batman can unlock a Glide suit that allows him to soar for short distances.

LEGO Batman: The Videogame looks and plays a whole lot like its LEGO predecessors, which is its greatest strength and weakness. On one hand, I enjoyed the other LEGO games and had fun playing them. It therefore felt comfortable to just jump in LEGO Batman and start playing, since I was so familiar with the gameplay and controls. However, it was also boring because a strong case of déjà vu came over me. It was the same ol’, same ol’, and I fear that others may feel the same way.
