I don’t give perfect scores often, but Burnout 3: Takedown deserves every point of it. The biggest problem with writing this review was to stop playing long enough to do it. I always wanted to unlock one more car or crash event. While Burnout 3: Takedown may not be the most original game out there, it has polished all the elements that make up a fun, action-arcade racer to a mirror-bright shine. Don’t buy this one and you’re probably passing up the most fun you’re going to have on your PS2 this season.
