There is another frustration I have found with this game, and that is the objectives. Plain and simple as they are described in the pause menu: "Objective: Defeat Livewire". Ok…..how?! Though you do have to use that thing between your ears called a brain to figure out how to defeat your opponent sometimes, I must admit I got pretty stumped when advancing through levels. The most assistance the game will give you is a couple hints when attempting to take down your enemy. For example, when going against Livewire there is a point during the battle where she will recharge, and fires break out around you causing massive water jets to kick on and contain the fires. Now it's pretty obvious that electricity and water don't mix, and Livewire is essentially pure electricity. So the trick is to get, as they say in the game, the water to Livewire. I pretty much gave up trying to figure this out, so all I can suggest is to keep your superpowers charged, and keep blasting her with Heat blasts. Metallo and Parasite are pushovers though; just keep beating the crap outta them and you'll eventually prevail.

Other than some weak fighting action and extremely obscure objectives, it is a game worth playing. Delivering some well sought out justice with the Caped Crusader has been long over-due for the console gaming market, but satisfying when you get down to it. Plus, you get to fly! What better satisfaction is that?! I mean lets face it… you're Superman!
