Take-Two announced today that it has acquired Illusion Softworks. The studio based in the Czech Republic has been renamed 2K Czech and Illusion's 200 employees have been assigned to the new satellite studio for 2K. The company is best known for the Mafia game franchise, Hidden & Dangerous and Vietcong . Currently Illusion Softworks is developing Mafia II for the PLAYSTATION 3, Xbox 360 and Games For Windows.
