Other elements also make the jump to the PSP. Players can still create levels, and download user-creations others have made using the network. Obviously, at this point the online community isn't nearly as established as LBP PS3, but the framework is there, and if some of the clever designers from LBP PS3 give the PSP version a shot, there's going to be plenty of longevity in fun and off-the-wall user creations.
Unfortunately, one thing that wasn't ported over was multiplayer support. Some may consider that a blessing as it means you can 100% everything solo and don't require multiple friends playing, but I had the most fun playing LittleBigPlanet when I played it with my friends either online, or on the couch. I understand that it was impossible for them to implement co-op play and the physics, but it does take a little away from the experience.
Despite the lack of multiplayer support, LittleBigPlanet PSP is just as good as the PS3 original. I enjoyed the story level designs more, the lack of floatiness makes it easier to play, and the nature of the game makes it perfect for a portable platform. This is exactly what the PSP needed, and a sure contender for handheld game of the year.
