Death JR. II: Root of Evil Review
8 out of 15
Konami's second otherworldy platformer is good but doesn't really evolve beyond last year's PSP launch title.

At the end of the day, Root of Evil is a good action platformer that looks nice and mostly plays out without too many headaches. Cooperative mode is a great addition and the worlds you'll tackle are well crafted and look good. It's a shame that the gameplay hasn't evolved all that much since last year's release and that there is a real lack of contrast between Pandora and Death Jr.'s character, but there's still a solid and fun game experience to be had if you give this title a chance.
