Fusion Frenzy 2 Review
8 out of 15
Microsoft's Xbox 360 party game is fun, but far from perfect...

One thing worth noting is the sheer amount of points you get for each achievement. Microsoft's game certainly gives you a lot of points for your GamerScore if you are willing to put the time into playing the game all the way through. Seeing that they are finally starting to offer decent rewards for boosting your score, Fusion Frenzy is a good way to gain a lot of points in a very short span of time. And all gripes aside, the mini-games are fun once you get the hang of how each one works...

Before we wrap things up, it should also be noted that Fusion Frenzy 2 is a great looking game with lots of bright beautiful environments and colorful characters that look good no matter what kind of TV you have. It's a shame that the characters in the game aren't as appealing as the worlds and the games they are participating in.

At the end of the day Fusion Frenzy 2 is a fun game for the whole family, but the bland character design, non-existent plot and the overall obnoxious voice-overs really hurt this title more than they should. If you like party games, and love GamerScore points and online play, then Fusion Frenzy 2 is worth checking out - just be sure to turn the subtitles on, turn the voice volume all the way down and learn which button allows you to skip the dialogue when it comes up. - James Fudge.
