C&C3 also sees the return of cinematic storytelling in the form of full motion video. The sometimes cheesy Sci-fi feel of the whole presentation is a welcome return. The lame dialogue actually fits the game perfectly and the B-list stars make it all the more enjoyable. Michael Ironside (Top Gun) plays the top general for GDI under the command of the newly appointed President, Billy Dee Williams. Joe Kucan also returns as Kane, the evil leader of the NOD. Kucan has been a mainstay since the early days when Westwood was the sole proprietor of the series, so his return is a welcomed addition. Finally fans of the "Lost" TV series will see a familiar face in Josh Halloway, as one of Nod's Intel officers.

For years, the Command & Conquers series was the benchmark by which all real-time strategy games were measured. C&C Generals (which was a decent enough game) kind of took the series in the wrong direction. Tiberium Wars puts the series back on track, delivering a familiar and decent experience that true Command & Conquer fans can appreciate. - Robert Martell
