3 out of 15
Easily one of the worst games of 2007.

In fact Hour of Victory has so many problems that it is mind boggling. I could write another two-hundred words about how badly this game was put together but what's the point? The bottom line is that everything about this game feels unfinished. It's a shame really, because this game looked like it was going to do something amazing - kind of a combination between the Commandos series and Call of Duty. But at the end of the day that didn't happen and what shipped to retail proved to be something that even World War II game fans should avoid.
