Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks The 80's Review
9 out of 15
Harmonix's last Guitar Hero rocks more than The Thompson Twins, but just barely.
Date: Tuesday, August 21, 2007
Author: Cory Banks

If you're jonesing for a new riff to shred while waiting for Guitar Hero III or Rock Band, Rocks The 80's has got enough goods for at least a weekend rental. Recommending the game to casual rockers is more difficult unless you have a deep love of Dio and a pair of leather pants to match. With a lackluster setlist and so few changes, Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks The 80's is more of a stopgap for GH junkies. Don't expect it to hold you over for long.
