Jack Keane Review
11 out of 15
A nice meal for any malnourished adventure gamer.

You can see that Deck 13 took a lot of care in making the game look rather charming. It will remind you of the adventure games of old with the way characters are drawn and the crazy animals that you meet along the way. The graphics are even rather glowing and the screen seems to have a dithering technique on it where things are soft and the color vibrancy is cranked up. The jungles look beautiful and the game almost has a Beyond Good and Evil feel to it.

Jack Keane should last you a good 10-12 hours which is generally the norm for an adventure game. Some of the puzzles will confound you, but overall this game is a lot of fun to play and easily a recommendation for any adventure fan. Hopefully this is just the first game in a planned series, as the characters deserve an encore.
