Monday Night Combat Review
13 out of 15
Are you ready for some...tower defense and class based combat?

Blitz is the mode that lets up to 4 players test their mettle against waves of bots, while they try to defend the moneyball. There are four types of Blitz modes – ranging from 10 rounds to 30 rounds. While it can get a little dicey when you are alone or have another player along for the ride, it isn’t too taxing when you have a fully stacked team – and chances are that after your initial run through, you won’t be returning to it.

The atmosphere of Monday Night Combat, with the announcer who adds humorous quips from time to time, billboards of fictitious sponsors and Bullseye, the MNC Mascot who appears in the middle of matches to spew out coins and juice to anyone who shoots him, adds some creative aesthetics to an already enjoyable experience. And that's what Monday Night Combat is -- an enjoyable team based shooter, and for 1200 points ($15) it’s hard to ask for much more than that.
