Iron Canopy:

Wrath Shard

Required Equipment: None

After crossing the bridge that then collapses head down the road and look for a wooden fence on the left. Break down the fence for the shard.

Wrath Shard

Required Equipment: None

You'll come to a room with a hanging plant holding on to a block. Smack the plant so that it drops the block and then quickly grab one of the edges of the block. When the plant picks the block back up you can jump to a ledge and get to the chest.

Soldier Artifact

Required Equipment: None

When you come to another alley with a broken fire escape, climb all the way to the top, face the way you came from and glide over to the artifact.

Abyssal Armor Piece

Required Equipment: Abyssal Chain

Once you defeat the first Loom Warden head to a room with a Chronosphere point and a grapple point. Use the grapple point to get the next armor piece.

Champion Artifact

Required Equipment: Abyssal Chain

After the second minor spider boss is dead go into the next room. Take the door on the left and use the grapple point above you to get up to the artifact.

Soldier Artifact

Required Equipment: Crossblade, Abyssal Chain

Once Silith is dead use your Crossblade to activate the nearby platform. Take a ride up to the second floor for some souls and the artifact.

The Black Throne:

Second Tower

Wrath Shard

Required Equipment: Voidwalker

Cross the big room with no floor until you make it to the exit side. Look back to where you entered the room and then to your right. There's a voidwalker panel there that you can use to get to the chest.

Lifestone Shard

Required Equipment: Voidwalker

After opening the Beholder door use the Shadowglide orb to get to the stairs. At the first void panel check the ceiling for another panel. Use the panels to get to the shard.

Third Tower

Soldier Artifact

Required Equipment: Shadowflight, Voidwalker

Upon entering the first section of the third tower look for the void panel on the left. There's also one on the ceiling. Use portals to come out of the ceiling and glide to a platform with the artifact.

Soldier Artifact

Required Equipment: None

In the room with the pool and the giant cylinder hop in the pool and grab the artifact.

Abyssal Armor Piece

Required Equipment: Abyssal Chain, Voidwalker

In the room with the spinning block put a portal on the panel to the right of the spinning block and then a portal on the spinning block. Wait until the block spins so that you can go through the portal to the next room. Use the void panel to the left of the spinning block to throw a nearby sticky bomb through the portal. You want to wait until the spinning block is facing to your right when you're looking at the portal so that you can blow up the red crystals. When the block spins back around to the same spot jump through for the armor piece.

Champion Artifact

Required Equipment: Voidwalker

Come back down from the top of the third tower and you'll come back to the room with a chronomancer point in the back and a platform in the center. Use a combination of gliding and void portals to get to the top and a soul chest. Look at the top of the floating platform in the middle of the room. Put a panel there and use it to get to shoot yourself up and into the artifact.

Eden:

Abyssal Armor Piece

Required Equipment: Mask of Shadows

East side of the map head under a small waterfall to go into the small tunnel (tunnel is visible on map). At the end of the tunnel use the Mask of Shadows to see the chest.

Wrath Shard

Required Equipment: None

As you go up the stairs to talk to the tree look to the left for a waterfall. Go in it and into a pool. Jump up the smaller waterfall on the right for a chest.

Serpent Holes:

For these items it doesn't matter where you're entering the Serpent Holes from. It only matters what your destination is.

To Dry Road

Wrath Shard

Required Equipment: None

Once you warp into the Serpent Hole turn around and follow the small path to the chest.

To Anvil’s Ford:

Wrath Shard

Required Equipment: Abyssal Chain

Follow the path and look for a grapple point as you make your way to Anvil's Ford. Once you see it, use it and subsequent points to get to the chest.

To Twilight Cathedral

Lifestone Shard

Required Equipment: Shadowflight, Mask of Shadows

Once you get to the exit look to your right and use the Mask of Shadows. This will unveil a Shadowglide orb that you can use to glide to a new path. Follow this path to another orb, glide some more and the shard is yours.
