His last main attack is to send his Ruskala girls after you with their spinning attacks when he goes into hiding. When Bael is in front of you, slice and hack at his sides, just behind his front arms to get some damage on him. After some combos land, he’ll fall forward and open his mouth exposing his tongue. Jump in front of his mouth and go to town on the tongue hanging out for some hefty damage. Once he gets back up, he’ll usually disappear and send the Ruskala to come get you.

Stay away from them when they start their spinning attack and simply slice them both up as they dance around. They are easy to take down, and once you do, Bael will jump out at you again, which will call for a quick jump out of harms way. Once he is back, simply repeat the same moves over again. Watch you don’t get in front of him when he is still awake though. He will gobble you up and spit you out making you take some unwanted damage. After the fight, you’ll receive the Ruskala Corpse which will allow you to find hidden objects. Go through the door on the left side and the next mission will begin.

Mission Five: Trisagion

When you start the mission, you will be in the Soldiers Graveyard and will have a new foe to deal with called Mephistos. To defeat these guys, use the buster to snatch them a few times and then their true from will be revealed. Once they are down, head to the large staircase and you can either head under it for the secret mission or up it to continue. Go through the door there to enter the master’s chambers and continue through the next door to the torture chamber. Use the mechanism on the right to open the gate and smack the gyroblade through the doorway to smash the statue there.

Fall to the bottom of the well and take out the enemies there before grabbing the wing talisman at the red pillar. Once you have it, you can now use the red rings to launch yourself into the air. Jump from ring to ring to get out of the well and you will find yourself back in the torture chamber. Fight your way out and head back to the grand hall and to the red ring there where the coffin was earlier. Land on top of the chandelier and hit the post to have it smash through the large painting. Go through the new opening and follow the stairs to the door that leads to the underground laboratory.

Mission Six: Resurrection

Before dropping down the hole at the start of this mission, grab the blue orb fragment on the ledge to the right. Once you have it, drop down to the bottom and go through the door there to enter the R & D dept. In this long hallway you will encounter a new foe, the Cutlass. To defeat the “fish” in the floor, use your devil bringer to snatch them and pull them to you. A few sword swipes and they will go down. Once they are all down, continue to the end of the hall and you will come to a room full of circles on the floor and a giant die.

The object here is to roll the die and move your statue along the circles to the end of the path. It really is a lot easier than it seems. Simply count how many spaces you want to move, and then smack the die with the devil bringer when that number appears on the top square of the die. Try to land on white and blue only as the red and yellow are no good. Once you get to the end, go through the door on the right side of the room and enter the Containment room for a boss fight. If you thought Bael was easy, then this will be too. Agnus is hiding behind the glass window at the far end and it seems breaking through it would be a good idea. As the battle starts, a flock of Gladiuses will fly around you. Simply buster them to snatch them and then toss them towards the glass window. Yea it’s that easy. Keep snatching and throwing, snatching and throwing and the glass will break in no time.

After the battle, you will have possession of Yamato and will also receive the Devil Trigger. Head through the door on the other side of the blue light and you will come out to Foris Falls. Smack the mechanism right in front of you to dam the water fall and extend the bridge. Head up the stairs there and enter the door at the top. Now you will see where Angels come from. Kill the many that appear and head up the stairs and down the ladder on the circular platform. Go through the door after the next batch and enter the underground lab entrance again. Hit the button there and then hop your way up the red rings. Enter the Grand Hall and make your way back up stairs through the door to the left of the painting you came through. Head through the courtyard and across the bridge as the waterfall starts up again. Follow the tunnel through to the forest entrance – sure there’s a forest here. Why not?
