Abilities
100% Falling damage reduction - three gold stars in base jumping diversion - for this one, get a friend in co-op to pick you up in a helicopter and fly at the rooftop height of some of the taller buildings. Jump out of the bird and follow the onscreen prompt to open your parachute. When the prompt shows up so that you can start the base jumping diversion, do so and coast your way to the center of the target. If you only get one star, but you're sure that you nailed it, try landing on a car or other vehicle. If you still haven't gotten three stars, have your partner pick you up in the chopper, ascend and do it all over again. Be sure to hit the button as soon as the prompt to start the diversion appears, as if you wait too long, pressing the same button will close your chute and you'll be taking the fast train to splattsville. If no prompt to start the diversion appears you're too high up.

Weapons

Shock Paddles - complete all ten levels of Ambulance diversion - hijack an ambulance, follow the prompt to start the diversion and start hustling over to the accident scene. Use the emergency brake to stop on a dime as rolling over the victims kills them, potentially ending the diversion. Follow the onscreen prompts to either shock someone back to life, or perform CPR. As with all of the diversions, you have to do all ten levels without interruption or you'll start back at level one.

Mini-gun - complete Brotherhood mission 10

Pimp Cane - complete Epilogue mission 2

AR-50 - complete all combat tricks - combat tricks include things like nut shots, head shots, one hit kills, gang kills, gang vehicle kills, beat downs and slice and dices. To see the full list, hit the start button, then from the first screen choose Diversions -> Stunts -> Combat Tricks. Combat Tricks can only be done against rival gang members. To do a beat down, you'll need either your fists or a non bladed melee weapon such as a baton. For slice and dice you'll need a blade such as a katana from a Ronin member or a Samedi machete.

Vehicles

Ambulance - complete all ten levels of Ambulance diversion

Combine - complete two Chop Shop levels - for the Chop Shop lists, navigate to the list, select the car you want, head over to the neighborhood where it can be found and just drive around. When the car icon appears on your radar, beat feet over to the car and hijack it. Be warned, many drivers will peel off as soon as they see you approach their car, and some cars have bullet proof windshields. If you're not quick enough, the car icon will disappear off of your radar. If you want the easy way out, buy whatever cars you can off of your lists.

Firetruck - complete all ten levels of Firetruck diversion - hijack a firetruck and head over to the burning building. Even though the firetruck has a water cannon on it, you won't be using it on the building. Instead, get out of the rig, run into the building and use your fire extinguisher to put out the fires. Be warned when running into buildings in the later levels that the building's burning inhabitants will run into you, setting you on fire in the process.

Super Taxi - complete all ten levels of Taxi diversion - hijack a taxi, follow the prompt to start the diversion and start picking up customers. Drop off the customer in time, and following whatever directions they give you and you'll be fine. Don't destroy the taxi or run over your customers.

Clothes

Avenger leather jacket - get three gold stars in Gang Kills - easiest way to do this is to keep killing gang members one right after the another, and the easiest way to do this is to get in a car, shoot a rival gang member while in your car and then follow the prompt to start the Drive By diversion. You have unlimited SMG ammo, so if you haven't obtained any other unlimited ammo yet, don't waste what you have doing this diversion.

Fireman outfit - complete all ten levels of Firetruck diversion

Pimp outfit - complete all ten levels of Ho-ing diversion - on second thought, how about you just figure this one out for yourself

Zombie Mask - complete all six levels of Zombie Uprising - in your crib, head over to your TV and play Zombie Uprising. Survive through six waves and kill all of the zombies and the mask is yours.

Traffic Cone Hat - get three gold stars in the Vehicle Surfing diversion - get a friend in co-op to drive a big, wide car like a Compton, Hollywood or Danville. Before they start driving, stand up on the car and then, once they start driving slowly, use the left thumb stick to adjust your balance. Vehicle Surfing can be done alone, however you'll be at the mercy of the AI's drivers, and that's not a place you want to be.

Cowboy Hat - complete all races - you don't have to get gold in these, just complete them. Races are designated on your map as blue diamonds, similar to activities.

Paintball Mask - mug 30 citizens - to mug a citizen, draw your weapon and go into fine aiming mode. Hold your aiming reticule over a citizen, and if they don't crumple in fear or run away they'll hold their hands up. Keep your reticule on them and they will eventually drop money and run away. Congratulations on your first mugging!
