Vicious Cycle Software today announced that Vicious Engine, the company's middleware solution for cross-platform development, is implementing a program called “The Vicious Engine Rising Stars Program” that assists independent developers and start-ups in creating their new games. In tandem with this announcement, the new website for Vicious Engine is now live at www.ViciousEngine.com . New developers now have the special, full-featured license of the Vicious Engine to build the prototypes of their game ideas. Experts at Vicious Engine will provide guidance at every step of the way, and also offer valuable introductions to one or more publishers in the industry.

Program benefits include access to the Vicious Engine build for six months; online technical support for Vicious Engine; expert feedback during the development process; and (upon completion and approval of demo) connection to publishers . Hit the links above for full details.
