D3Publisher of America today announced that the critically-acclaimed game Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords is available for download via the Xbox LIVE Arcade for the Xbox 360. This new Xbox LIVE Arcade title for Xbox 360 version brings fans the same classic gameplay of the DS version, but with all new features including the online competitive play component. Developed by Infinite Interactive, the XBLA version of Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords allows players to enjoy a downloadable version of this popular and highly addictive game that blends match-three puzzle gameplay with strategy, character-building elements and a persistent storyline set in the beloved Warlords universe.

In addition to online multiplayer capabilities, the Xbox LIVE Arcade for Xbox 360 version of Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords features leaderboards, voice chat, the ability to capture unlocked monsters and runes outside the main story, short recharge time limits for the most powerful spells, XBLA Achievements and more. Gamer Pics and Themes for the game are available through Xbox LIVE Marketplace for the Xbox 360.
