Id Software and Activision have released some new screenshots of the upcoming team-based first person shooter, Enemy Territory: Quake Wars. The screens are both of the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 versions and give a little taste of the monster action players can expect from the game when it is released late next month.

Players will take the role of either the cyber-organic aliens called The Strogg as they try to take over Earth’s resources or of Earths only defense against the invading enemies, the GDF, as they try and stop the Strogg from accomplishing their horrific missions. Already out for the PC since October, console gamers will be able to finally jump in on action.
